In today’s episode we discuss the life of Woody Guthrie as told in the comic Woody Guthrie and the Dustbowl Ballads. Raised depression era America, Woody has seen his own share of hard times. From a mentally unstable mother to a father who lost all his wealth, to living in an abandoned shack, Woody Guthrie had lived quite a life. But as life went on, he started discovering his voice and the feelings he could evoke with his music. This story is the final book in our history theme.
